A clients journey starts way before they book a session with your or purchase a product and by understanding the journey you can ensure you are polishing the steps you are already taking and making improvements to each step along the way.
There are 3 stages of Your Customer Journey – Before, During and After.
Today we are going to be talking about the Before stage.
The Before Stage
This stage of your customer journey begins the moment your possible new client is introduced to your business. Now this can happen in a number of ways but typically it will be 1 of 3 ways.
1) Word of Mouth – where a friend of family member tells them about you and your business and how they think it may help them with a problem they have
2) An organic search – typically via an online search – where they are actively looking for a solution to their problem.
3) They come across your marketing – such as your social media posts, your website, your video, they watch you doing a talk or presentation, or via networking
