What are your payment terms?
VIP Days
If you have booked a VIP Day(s) I ask for 50% at the time of booking your Day(s) and the balance the day before your VIP Day.
If you have not chosen your website build/refresh as part of my VIP Day(s) package I typically I ask for 50% at signing and the balance 6 weeks later or when your website is launched, whichever is soonest.
How long does it take to build a website?
This depends on the size and complexity of your website. For an average Starter Website this could take 2-4 weeks (unless signed up for a VIP Day).
Larger eCommerce sites are anywhere from 6 -8 weeks depending on the product numbers, and complexity. You can also book out multiple VIP Days for larger/complex projects where I concentrate on your project solely
This is subject to receiving content from you in a timely manner
Can you redesign an existing website?
Absolutely! I love taking a site that is no longer working for you and your business. Whether that's due to a brand refresh or if you need more features and functionality than it currently has.
Following a strategy session, I can upgrade and recreate your website for your business to improve your visibility and conversion.
Once my site is launched, do you offer ongoing help?
Yes, I do! In order to ensure your website works effectively and efficiently, you need to consistently keep them maintained.
I offer multiple levels of Maintenance & Care Plan packages which include admin time for updates to photos/words or to add blogs, create newsletters etc.
I also offer on-demand support if you require additional help here and there.
What other costs should I be aware of to having a website?
As I use WordPress to create your website you will also need to factor in the price of your domain (your www.mywebsite.co.uk).
In addition to that it would depend on additional functionality or features you require above those included in your package.
Will my website work on smart phones & tablets?
Yes! It’s essential for any website to work on mobile and tablet devices.
All of our websites are designed to look good on all devices.

WordPress is my preferred CMS (Content Management System). It’s a platform that has endless possibilities for client’s businesses and we can custom-build the functionality based on your requirements.
Can you convert my existing website into WordPress?
Yes, I can! During our Discovery Call I can get that information from you and figure out the best way to convert your existing website into a WordPress platform.
Can you help me rank #1 on Google?
Ranking #1 in Google has a lot of factors to it. One of the main ones is SEO and Keyword Strategy. We can offer additional services, however, I don’t guarantee number 1 rankings in Google.
