I’m Sarah, founder of Simple Online Solutions.
I work with small businesses that want reliable website support without technical overwhelm.
Most of my clients stay with me long term because they value consistency, clear communication and knowing someone is quietly keeping an eye on things behind the scenes.

What Happens If You Decide to Move
Firstly, nothing changes automatically.
If you’d like to explore working with me, we would start with a simple conversation so I can understand:

From there, I would review your website and explain clearly what would be involved in looking after it going forward.
If a move is needed, it would be carefully planned and handled in stages - with clear communication throughout. There would be no sudden switches, no rushed changes, and nothing done without your agreement.
My aim is always to make transitions feel smooth and steady, not stressful.
Once everything is in place, you can move on to ongoing support so your website continues running safely and reliably.
If, at some point, you’d like to improve or update your website, I can also advise on that - but only when and if it makes sense for you.

No — email transitions are planned carefully. Nothing is switched without testing.
