The Challenge
When Kelly reached out, she already had a website – but it just didn’t reflect the power of her work or the journey she'd been on. As an experienced HR mentor with a powerful story and strong presence on LinkedIn, she needed an online home that could capture leads, deliver value, and feel aligned with her brand.

Kelly had been through a deeply challenging time – balancing her business with hospital stays for her son, and recovering from multiple surgeries herself. She was ready for a website that could work with her, not against her, and support her re-entry into visible, meaningful work.

What We Did
Our first goal was to prepare a professional landing page in time for Kelly’s appearance on a live panel. I created a simple but strategic setup that included:

• A branded landing page offering her ‘Love, Change or Leave It’ framework (video + PDF)

• A MailerLite email capture and automated welcome sequence

• A thank you page with resource delivery and a link to book a session

Behind the scenes, I rebuilt her entire website from the ground up using WordPress and the Divi theme, delivering:

• Full site design (Home, About, Work With Me, Mentorship Power Hour, 1:1 Mentorship Bundles, Corporate Mentorship Packages, Build Your Own People (HR) Business Mentorship, Blog, Contact, Legal pages)

• Calendly + Stripe integration for easy bookings and payments

• Branded YouTube channel setup

• MailerLite setup and list-building strategy

• Responsive, SEO-friendly design, optimised for mobile

The Result
Kelly was over the moon. Her words?

What I Learned
This project taught me how powerful a simple landing page can be before a full site is launched. It gave Kelly visibility and momentum, and it’s now something I’ll be offering to all of my clients going forward.
