Requirements: Sue got in touch after she was recommended by the lovely David of Fired Up Fire Pits as her website wasn't working for her.
Outcome: Over 2 days we worked through Phase 1 of the recommendations including adding a new logo and a favicon, tweaking the font to match the logo, using CTA buttons in a contrasting colour to draw attention to them, adding an email sign-up form with coupon and an automated welcome email and adding shop categories to make it easier for visitors to find exactly what they are looking for.
In Phase 2 I continued to work through my recommendations: Adding new photos to Celtic Spring and Welsh Linen. Changing photos on the "Our Fragrance" page. Added product categories as sub-menu options. Added keywords to meta descriptions to pages/posts/descriptions to help with SEO. Added banner 15% off for Mothers Day - creating the appropriate coupon code
I can recommend Sarah without reservation. She is really knowledgeable and is greatly experienced and quickly brought my previously clunky website up to date.
I am somewhat of a dinosaur where ‘tech’ stuff is concerned and Sarah was incredibly patient with my lack of even basic skills. My business is still very small and therefore I am not swimming in funds.
