Designing Service Packages That Encourage Repeat Business - image of lady looking at full diary with mobile in hand

Make it easier for clients to say “yes again” by offering smart, simple packages that work for both of you.

Selling single sessions can feel like you’re always chasing the next booking. But when you offer packages, you create a gentle incentive for clients to commit to more than one appointment -  while also delivering better results and saving them money in the long run.

In this blog, we’ll look at simple ways to design packages that help your clients get more from your service and help you build a more stable, predictable business.

1. Think About the Transformation You Offer

Start by asking yourself:

  • What does a client get by working with you more than once?
  • What changes when they come back regularly?

Whether it’s clearer skin, better energy, improved mindset, or a website that works harder for them - think in terms of results. Your package should be a pathway to that result, not just a bundle of sessions.

2. Make It Easy to Understand

Keep the structure super simple:

  • 3 sessions over 6 weeks
  • A monthly maintenance package
  • A one-off intensive + follow-up session

Avoid too many choices or complicated pricing -clarity sells. If you confuse them, you lose them.

3. Build in a Gentle Incentive

Why should they choose the package instead of buying sessions one at a time?

Your package could include:

  • A small discount
  • A bonus (like a guide, welcome gift, or extra support)
  • Priority booking or flexible times
  • An added resource (like a template, meditation, or video series)

Make it feel like a “no-brainer” without undercharging yourself.

4. Show the Value – Not Just the Price

Don’t just list the price - explain what’s included and why it matters.

For example:

“This 3 - session package helps you build momentum, stay consistent, and see longer - lasting results. You’ll get dedicated time, personalised support, and my full attention between sessions if you need a quick check-in.”

This reminds your client that they’re investing in an outcome, not just your time.

5. Make It Easy to Book or Upgrade

Wherever you talk about your package (website, email, social media), give them one clear next step:

  • A “Book Now” button
  • A quick form
  • A link to your diary

Also: remind one-off clients that a package might suit them better next time!

You could say:

“If you loved this session and want to keep up the momentum, I’ve got a 3-session package that might be perfect for you…”

Final Thought

Packages aren’t about pushing a sale. They’re about helping your clients commit to the change they want -and making it easier for them to come back.
