Step 2 - I do my homework
Before our call I review what you’ve shared and take a proper look at your website, Google presence, and any other relevant pieces. You don’t need to prepare a thing
Step 3 - We meet on Zoom
Our two-hour session is focused, calm, and practical. I’ll ask good questions, listen carefully, and think out loud with you. Nothing is rushed
Step 4 - You receive your summary
Within a few days of our call, you’ll receive the Zoom recording and your written summary - a clear, prioritised roadmap you can start using straight away

What if I’m not sure what I need?
That’s exactly what the session is for. You don’t need to arrive with a clear brief or a list of problems. Just bring an honest picture of where you are, and we’ll work out the rest together. If you’d like to talk it through first, start with the free Get To Know You Call.
What happens after the session?
You’ll receive the recording and your written summary within a few days. From there, you can implement the roadmap yourself, or we can talk about whether continuing to work together makes sense - through a VIP Day, ongoing support, or another option. There’s no pressure and no automatic upsell.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just complete the short onboarding form when you book - that’s it. I do the preparation. You just show up
What if I’ve only just started my business?
The Roadmap Session works best for established businesses - those who have been trading for two or more years and already have some marketing activity in place.

Is this a sales call?
No. The Roadmap Session is a paid piece of work in its own right - you will leave with genuine value regardless of whether we work together afterwards. I don’t do hard sells and I never have.
