You're great at what you do. Your website should say so.

You've put in the years. You know exactly who you love working with, what you're brilliant at, and
what makes your clients come back. But when someone lands on your website? None of that
comes through.

If you've ever looked at your own website and thought 'this doesn't really sound like me' or 'I'm not sure this is bringing in the right people', you're in the right place.

I'm Sarah, and helping small business owners fix exactly that is what I do.

Sound familiar?

You're a few years into running your business. You know your stuff, you've got happy clients, and you've got a pretty good idea of who you love working with and who you don't.

But your website? It's still trying to talk to everyone. Or it's talking about you rather than about them. Or it was built in a rush and you've never quite got round to making it work properly.

You're not looking for someone to take over and disappear for three months. You want someone who gets what you're trying to build, asks the right questions, and translates all of it into a website that actually brings in the right kind of enquiries.

That's where I come in.

Here's something I see on almost every website I review...

Too much I, I, I.

"I have 10 years of experience." "I am passionate about helping you." "I offer a range of services."

Here's the thing though. Your visitors don't arrive on your website thinking about you. They arrive thinking about themselves. Their problem. Their frustration. Whether you're the person who finally gets it.

The moment your website starts speaking to what they're going through rather than listing your credentials, something shifts. They stop scrolling and start reading. They think "yes, this person gets me."

That's the website I want to build for you.

I didn't set out to be a web designer

Hi I am Sarah!

I've been self-employed for over 20 years, across more fields than most people manage in a lifetime. Holistic therapist, business coach, cake maker, stationery designer. I've worn a lot of hats.

Back in 2005, I paid a friend £50 for my first website. It was clunky, did nothing for my business, and I couldn't change a word of it without going back to him. Then I paid a proper designer.

It looked better, but I still couldn't touch it myself, still racking up costs every time I needed a tweak.

So I taught myself. With quite a lot of swear words and several very late nights, I built my own. It wasn't perfect. But it was mine, I  understood it, and I could update it whenever I needed to.

Friends started asking me to build theirs. Then their friends. The  feedback was always the same: "you should do this for a living." In 2019, I decided they were right.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, it turned out there were a lot of small business owners who suddenly needed to get visible online and fast. Simple Online Solutions grew quickly, and I've been doing this full time ever since.

Outstanding service, excellent attention to detail. I would highly recommend Sarah as she created a stunning website for me, exactly what I needed not just now but in the future and most importantly taught me the maintenance and updating techniques in easy step by step procedures. Thank you

If your website could work harder for you, let's talk

A free Get To Know You call is the starting point. No jargon, no sales pressure, just a proper conversation about where you are, what you need, and whether I'm the right person to help.

A few things you should probably know about me

I'm a proud Welsh woman from Swansea, and yes, I do say 'lovely' a lot.

I'm a dog lover, a cheese board enthusiast, a red wine and G&T drinker (not in the same glass mind!).  The sea soothes my soul and I love the sunshine and going on holidays.

I trained in Computer Studies before most of my clients had heard of the internet. Technology has always been my friend, even when it drives everyone else up the wall.

I'm also a qualified holistic therapist with 15+ years of experience. Which sounds unrelated, but honestly? Listening properly, meeting people where they are, and helping them feel less overwhelmed are skills that cross over more than you'd think.

I love all things woo, including Human Design. I'm a 5/1 Generator in Human Design, which basically means I'm built to do work I love and share what I've learned along the way.  And yes, I do always have a crystal or 2 on my person, and I have a vision board.

I answer my emails. I know.  Apparently, that's rare.

Iv been working now with Sarah since June 2020 on my new website. I am not great with computers but Sarah has been brilliant and helping me through the full set up of my website, which is working fantastic.  Sarah knows her stuff and is always very professional all way through.  If you are looking at investing in your business then having Sarah work along side you or just help you set it up then you'll not be disappointed.
